Discover Your Island Getaway Oasis

Another standout feature is the picturesque Cocoa Bay Beach, located right in front of the property. With its shimmering waters and miles of untouched sand, this beach showcases a breathtaking display of vibrant colors that shift with the tides. The tranquil environment is home to gentle inhabitants, including green turtles that often glide gracefully through the bay, so friendly that they swim right up to you. Additionally, the bay is alive with a diverse array of fish and stingrays, creating a vibrant underwater ecosystem that enhances the beauty of this idyllic location.

Public Dock

In front of the properties on Cocoa Bay, approximately 1,000 feet away, there's a public dock available for the general public to tie up their boats during the day and over night , also for larger boats the green turtle marina is close by .

The trip typically lasts about 4-5 hours, starting with a pick-up from Cocoa Bay dock in front of Lo Key at 8 AM. We are greeted by our captain and board the boat for an exciting adventure.

Our first stop is the mangroves at Nunjack Key, where we have the opportunity to observe turtles in their natural habitat. From there, we sail to the northern end of Nunjack to Lagoon Beach, where we can hand-feed stingrays and catch a glimpse of sharks.

Next, we venture into the Atlantic Ocean to snorkel at the third-longest reef in the world. After exploring the vibrant underwater life, we head to No Name Cay, navigating through crystal-clear waters and uninhabited islands. Upon arrival, we tie up at the dock to meet the famous swimming pigs of Abaco. Here, you can enjoy lunch if you wish.

After a day filled with unforgettable experiences, we make our way back to Cocoa Bay. This trip is truly a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it.

We stayed in Lo Key Penthouse after crossing in our boat from Florida to the Bahamas. The house was in the best location with beautiful views of Coco Bay and close to the public dock where we left our boat each evening. We loved the penthouse and especially the porch - enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings with a glass of wine. The property manager was super quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The penthouse was perfect! Everything lived up to our expectations. The porch was a little bit of heaven. The bed was comfy. The big sofa was great for relaxing. The location on Coco Bay was perfect...the bay had a wonderful beach for long walks & good bone fishing. Rent a golf cart & go adventuring.

Great location to feed turtles at Coco Bay. Visit Syd's for some squid and they will eat out of your hand. Gillam Bay was perfect for beachcombing and we found everyone on the island to be friendly and helpful. House was great for our family of 5.

It worked out great for us because we rented a boat for the week and had a dock right across the street on the water . Beautiful view from the second floor . We had two families , one stayed downstairs and one had the upstairs. We loved Green Turtle Cay , go see the singrays and pigs !
