**Checking In**
When you board the ferry, please inform the captain that you are staying at Lo Key Cottages and wish to disembark at the Green Turtle Yacht Club.
After you disembark, ensure you have made prior arrangements with your golf cart rental company to either meet you or have your golf cart ready for you.
As indicated on the attached map, we are just a short ride from the club. The two apartments are closest to the water, and the Beehive property is located behind them. To reach the Beehive, simply go around the corner, and it will be about 400 feet on your left.
Check-in time is at 3 PM. If you arrive before this time, you are welcome to leave your luggage on the porch. The houses will be unlocked, with the keys inside.
Check-out is at 10 AM. We may be able to accommodate a late check-out depending on the arrival of the next guest. Before you leave, please ensure the following:
- Leave the house unlocked
- Dispose of all garbage
- Close all windows and doors
- Either turn off the AC or set it to 78°F.
**Garbage Removal:** Guests are responsible for garbage disposal. There are two drop-off points on the way to town: the smaller skip is located on the corner after the club, and the main landfill is about half a mile ahead.
**Air Conditioning:** All units are equipped with air conditioning, which will function effectively only if all windows and doors are closed. The ideal temperature is between 74-78 F, with ceiling fans in use. Setting the temperature lower may risk freezing the system.

Please contact the ferry company at least one day in advance to request a pick-up at the Green Turtle Yacht Club. They may only service that location with prior notice.
Make sure to allow ample time to board your flight, as international check-in requires at least 2 hours. Be sure to factor in the ferry and taxi times to the airport when planning your schedule.
Alternatively, you can have the reception at the Green Turtle Club radio the ferry company on your behalf.

Mosquito repellent
When traveling in the tropics, it's essential to have a good repellent on hand. I highly recommend the Ranger brand, which is available on Amazon. You might also find it at the Green Turtle Club from time to time.
